These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Sweepsteaks Limited, operating as Stake.us ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to, registration on, and use of our website, mobile web applications, Stake Originals, slot libraries, and any associated sweepstakes or promotional services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, purchasing Gold Coin packages, participating in promotional sweepstakes using Stake Cash (Sweeps Coins), or otherwise accessing any portion of our platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and official Sweepstakes Rules. If you do not agree to every provision contained within this document, you must immediately terminate your use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Services provided by Stake.us are strictly intended for adult users who meet specific geographical, legal, and age requirements. By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you represent, warrant, and covenant that you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction of permanent residence, whichever is higher. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense.
  • Territorial Eligibility: You must be a permanent legal resident of the United States. However, participation in promotional sweepstakes using Stake Cash (Sweeps Coins) or the redemption of prizes is strictly void and prohibited for residents of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, Kentucky, and New York. Accessing the platform from these restricted states using VPNs, proxies, or location-masking software is a severe breach of these Terms.
  • Legal Capacity: You possess the full legal capacity, right, and authority to enter into this binding agreement and are not restricted by any civil or criminal decree from participating in social casino gaming.

2. Account Registration, Security, and Management

To access the full suite of games and features on Stake.us, you must register for a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

2.1 Single Account Policy

You are strictly permitted to hold and operate only one (1) account across the entire Stake.us platform. Creating multiple accounts—whether through different email addresses, aliases, or households—is strictly prohibited and categorized as fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to freeze or permanently terminate duplicate accounts and confiscate all associated virtual currency balances.

2.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security codes. You agree to notify our customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Stake.us shall bear no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3. Dual Virtual Currency System

Stake.us operates using a dual virtual currency framework. It is vital that all players understand the functional and legal differences between Gold Coins and Stake Cash.

3.1 Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are standard social gaming tokens used purely for fun and entertainment. Gold Coins hold zero real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or redeemed for cash prizes or any items of value. Gold Coins can be obtained for free via daily login bonuses, promotional events, or by purchasing optional Gold Coin packages. All purchases of Gold Coin packages are final and non-refundable.

3.2 Stake Cash / Sweeps Coins (SC)

Stake Cash represents promotional sweepstakes entries. Stake Cash can never be purchased directly. They are distributed exclusively for free as a promotional bonus accompanying Gold Coin purchases, via daily login rewards, or through our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) postal requests. Stake Cash can be played in promotional sweepstakes mode, and successful winnings can be redeemed for real-world prizes once wagering requirements are satisfied.

4. Prize Redemptions and Verification (KYC)

Participants who accumulate eligible Stake Cash balances may request prize redemptions (cryptocurrency transfers, bank wire transfers, digital gift cards) through our secure cashier portal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Mandate: In strict compliance with US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, all players must successfully complete identity verification before their first prize redemption. This requires submitting valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, Passport), proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and a real-time facial biometric scan. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements will result in the suspension of redemption capabilities.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

We are dedicated to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable community. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on Stake.us—including logos, trademarks, Stake Originals game code, proprietary graphics, textual layouts, and software architectures—is the exclusive intellectual property of Sweepsteaks Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the platform strictly for personal entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAKE.US DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPSTAKES LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweepsteaks Limited, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, payment processors, and respective officers and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any applicable laws.

9. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any legal claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of these Terms or your use of Stake.us shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction. You and Stake.us explicitly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via prominent notices on the platform or direct email notifications.
