Four of a Kind

Four cards of the same rank, accompanied by a single side card or 'kicker’.

Full House

Three cards of the same rank, alongside a pair of a different rank.

Flush

Five cards of the same suit, not in numerical order. The value of a flush is determined by the highest card in the hand.

Straight

A hand containing five consecutive cards. The cards in a straight are ranked sequentially, with the highest card determining the value of the straight.

Three of a Kind

Three cards of the same rank.

Two Pair

A pair of cards of one rank, matched with another pair of a different rank, along with one kicker card.

One Pair

Two cards of the same rank, accompanied by three unrelated side cards.

High Card

Any hand not falling into the aforementioned categories.

If two or more players reach showdown with hands of the same type (e.g., both have two pairs), the tie is broken by comparing the highest-ranking cards in each hand, then the next highest, and so on, until a winner is determined.
